What to know before you start

What counts as a "note"?

One incoming item routed in a billing month — a call, voicemail, fax, portal message, referral, result or refill request. Re-routing the same item doesn't count again.

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. Solo is free forever for up to 50 routed notes a month — enough to prove the time savings before you ever pay.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes, on Health System plans. ClinicRelay is built to handle protected health information with encryption, access controls and audit logging under a Business Associate Agreement.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your workspace. Monthly plans are month-to-month; annual plans save 20%.
